Welcome to Brudi-Bräu, my little home brewery where I make speciality beers that you can buy nowhere. Since 2016 I dauntlessly brew crafted and creative beers that are mostly dark and malty and always top-fermented. Following the old saying "Think globally, drink locally" I get my inspiration from belgian, french, american, german and eastern european beer styles and brew them with the most local and natural ingredients possible.
My home brewery has a 17.5 litres system for regular brews of my favorite beers and a 4 litres system with which I try new recipes in between. I brew everything I feel like brewing: Pale Ales, IPAs, Stouts, Red Ales, Dubbels, Tripels, Quadrupels, Hefeweizens, exotic beers like cherry wheat beer and even drinks that are only remotely related to beer like cider. Of course I am open to collab-brews. You all know how to reach me.
