Strong Belgian abbey ale or British session ale? You can find an overview of all the beers that Brudi-Bräu produces on a somewhat regular basis here. All beers made by Brudi-Bräu are bottle-conditioned, therefore we recommend the following for optimal enjoyment:
Amber-colored farmhouse-style ale of northern French origin. It is brewed in the early spring and stored for the summer. Its taste is malty and complex, it has a dry finish and despite its ABV of 7% it drinks light and refreshing. You still notice the 7% punch though. An ideal beer after a day of hay harvest in the summer.
Dark abbey ale of Belgian origin that is brewed with dark rock candy sugar and stored for a couple of months. Malt and yeast create a fruity and complex aroma and the adjunct sugar makes this beer lighter than you would expect for its ABV of around 7%. A strong ale for quiet moments.
An American Amber Ale with German ingredients and Hüll Melon aromatic hops. It combines malty complexity with bitter hop aromas and flavors of honeydew melon. A great all-rounder beer that fits to a barbecue in the summer just as well as to a board games night in the winter.
A classic of the American craft beer movement reinterpreted with German ingredients. This American Pale Ale is brewed with the hop varieties Hüll Melon and Cascade and has a crisp and fruity taste. It is an excellent beer for the summer, parties and all other kinds of nice evenings with friends and family.
It may look like a hazy Kellerbier but it is a pale and strong Belgian style Abbey Ale. Consuming this beer may result in choirs of angels, religious epiphanies and you finding your faith. Brudi-Bräu is not liable for any of that...
